Narrowboat caught on camera doing 50 mph

This is probably the only time our narrowboat will do 50 mph (unless we totally misjudge it on the tidal Trent in future)

Huge respect to driver Chris from Walkers of Tuxford - how he negotiated that  "Convoi Exceptionel" through those narrow Nottinghamshire villages we will never know.  "I wouldn't even bring the motorhome down here" said Mr S at one point (I've deleted the expletives) 

She made it in one piece and without any incidents and is now happily awaiting fit-out
