Remoska Mini Electric Oven on a narrowboat

After weeks of indecision and reading various reviews, I have just bought a Remoska Mini Electric Oven  (it looks like a big electric frying pan) from Lakeland Ltd

Pricey at £150 - and that's for the Standard size (there is a Grand size with an even grander price) but I have great expectations of it.

Apparantly it bakes, roast, grills and poaches.  I bought it mainly to use on the boat, (it's just 500 watts) but will also use it at home.

I also bought a receipe book at £10 which I thought was worth it until I get used to it

So once I've got to grips with it, I shall be writing a review and trying various recipes, so do pop back to see my views on using it on a boat
